Gemstone Jewelry: Our Five Elements energy bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and accessories are crafted with natural gemstones. Each piece is energetically cleansed prior to dispatch.

Customization: Custom sizing, stack building, and material choices are available. Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective.

We want you to love your Lingyao pieces. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective
• Energy readings and digital services are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective

Defective Items: We will replace or refund defective items at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
